Medical Insurance
Medical insurance is available the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Guaranty pays a portion of the premium.

Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is available the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The bank pays a portion of the premium.

Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125, Cafeteria Plan)
Flexible spending accounts are a great way to save by paying eligible health care and dependent care expenses with before-tax dollars. You can pay for health and dental insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars and participate in two flexible spending accounts:

  • Health care spending account: You can set aside up to $5,000 on a before-tax basis each calendar year in a health care spending account to pay for eligible unreimbursed health care expenses, including deductibles, medical and dental co-payments, and vision care.
  • Dependent care spending account: You can set aside up to $5,000 on a before-tax basis each calendar year in a dependent care spending account to pay for eligible dependent care expenses, including childcare and elder care services.

Life Insurance

  • Group Term Life Insurance: Coverage is for employee. Amount is based on annual salary. Premiums are paid by the bank
  • Voluntary Term Life Insurance: Coverage available for employee, spouse and children. The employee pays the premiums.

401(k)
Employees are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment.

Long Term Disability:
Coverage begins the first of the month following six months of employment for full-time employees. The bank pays the premiums.

Supplemental Disability Insurance:
Coverage is available to full-time employees, who are eligible the first of the month following six months of employment. Premiums are paid by the employee.

Paid Time Off:
Paid time-off is accrued based on employment status and years of service.
