Must be 21 years of age to rent

A responsible adult age 21 or older must be present at all times during activities/events involving minors

  • Costs for city, non-profit and civic/service organizations - $25 fee for any meeting/event up to four hours in length. (8:00 am – Noon, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm) May be reserved for consecutive blocks ($25 per block) of time or entire day for $75.

 

  • Costs for existing customers - $50 fee for personal use (including Guaranty Bank employees) for any meeting/event up to four hours in length. (8:00 am – Noon, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm) May be reserved for consecutive blocks ($50 per block) of time or entire day for $150.

 

  • Costs for non customers - $100 fee for personal use for any meeting/event up to four hours in length. (8:00 am – Noon, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm) May be reserved for consecutive blocks ($100 per block) of time or entire day for $300.

 

Will request hold harmless agreement be on file for each organization/personal use

Liability insurance will be required if beer or wine served

Only non-keg beer and wine will be allowed (to mirror the alcohol allowed without a liquor license, per state of Iowa code)

No glass beverage containers (beer bottles, juice, etc.) may be used/served on site

If decorations or other materials are to be hung on Community Center walls during rental, only Guaranty-provided and approved adhesive materials may be used

Bank maintains right of refusal (if needed)
