Access your Guaranty Bank accounts via phone anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Just follow these four easy steps:

  1. Call Guaranty Direct at 319-362-4242
  2. "MAX," our telephone banker will instruct you which touch-tone phone button to press to carry out your inquiry or transaction
  3. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  4. Continue following the voice instructions

Please note:
The first time you use our new "MAX" system, you will be asked to change your PIN from the default of the last four digits of your social security number. Do not use these same four digits as your new PIN.

Transfers made up to 8 p.m. will be credited to your account the same day.
