To help you in reviewing your business plans and dreams, here is a list of items you'll need to apply for a business loan:

 Start-Up

  • Business Written business plan
  • Personal financial statement
  • Three years of personal tax returns
  • Three years of business financial projections
  • Resume detailing the education and related experience for each owner

Existing Business

  • Written business plan
  • Personal financial statement
  • Three years of personal tax forms
  • Three years of business financial statements, interim statements (less than 90 days old)
    and projections (if available)
  • If applicable, a copy of any lease agreements
